These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between Adimpacta LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the user (the “User” or “you”), and govern your access to and use of the MULASTRO website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, registering an account, or purchasing any paid Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

1.1. The Service provides you with access to the generation of personalized astrological and numerological reports — such as natal charts, destiny matrices, and compatibility reports — using artificial intelligence technologies, including third-party AI models such as Google Gemini, together with related account features.

1.2. Paid Services are subject to the Payment Terms. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must register by providing an email address. Your email serves as your unique login for account access and for contacting support.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (including your date, time, and place of birth).

3. Acceptable Use

3.1. You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

  • involves automated data collection (scraping) without the Company’s prior written consent;
  • violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.

3.2. Reports and other outputs generated by the Service are provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1. All reports, forecasts, and other content generated by the Service are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only , and do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

4.2. Reports are generated using artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini) and may contain errors or inaccuracies. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY OUTPUT AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

4.3. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM TEMPORARY TECHNICAL FAILURES OF THIRD-PARTY APIS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

5. Eligibility

5.1. The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

All materials comprising the Service, including its design, text, software, and algorithms, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms; Governing Law

7.1. The Company may modify these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted on the Service at /terms and becomes effective upon posting; your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
