These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Tubelab LLC (hereinafter the “Administration”) and the user (hereinafter the “User”) in connection with the use of the MULASTRO website and service (hereinafter the “Service”). By beginning to use the Service, registering or paying for the Services, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.
1.1. The Service provides the User with access to the generation of personal astrological and numerological reports using artificial intelligence technologies, as well as to related features of the personal account.
1.2. Paid services are provided under the terms of the Public Offer. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
2.1. To access certain features of the Service, the User completes registration by providing an email address. The email is used as the unique login for access to the personal account and for contacting support.
2.2. The User undertakes to keep their personal account access credentials secure and is responsible for all actions performed under their account.
2.3. The User undertakes to provide accurate data. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered (including the date, time and place of birth).

4.1. All reports and forecasts generated by the Service are informational and entertainment in nature and are advisory only , and do not constitute psychological, medical, legal or financial advice.
4.2. The Administration is not liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of information obtained in the Service and does not guarantee the factual accuracy of forecasts.
4.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Administration is not liable for temporary technical failures of third-party APIs and communication providers.
5.1. The Service is intended solely for persons who have reached the age of 18 years. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity in accordance with applicable law.
6.1. All Service materials, including design, texts and algorithms, are the intellectual property of the Administration and are protected by applicable law.
7.1. The Administration is entitled to amend these Terms. The current version is published on the Service website at /terms and takes effect from the moment of publication.
