MULASTRO Payment Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement offered by Adimpacta LLC (hereinafter the “Company”) to any individual (hereinafter the “User”) who accepts these Terms on the conditions set out below.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by registering in the Service and/or making payment for the Services.

1.2. Service — the MULASTRO software platform available on the Internet, intended for the generation of astrological and numerological reports using artificial intelligence technologies.

1.3. Account — the User’s personal section in the Service, where the order history and additional services are available.

1.4. Plans — the cost and scope of services published on the Service website (including the MULASTRO+ subscription plan).

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Company undertakes to provide the User with services granting access to the Service for the generation of personal information reports (natal chart, Destiny Matrix, compatibility reading, etc.), and the User undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the selected Plan.

2.2. Important condition: All reports and forecasts generated by the Service are provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes and are advisory in nature. The results of generation are based on artificial intelligence algorithms and mathematical calculations.

2.3. Age restrictions. The Service is intended solely for persons who have reached the age of 18 years. By accepting these Terms (registering in the Service and/or paying for the Services), the User confirms that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity under applicable law. The Company is entitled to refuse to provide the Services and to terminate this agreement if it becomes aware that the User does not meet this requirement.

3. Procedure for providing services

3.1. To receive the Services, the User undertakes to provide the necessary data: the date, exact time and place of birth. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

3.2. The Service is deemed to have been rendered in full at the moment access to the generated report is provided in the Account or on a Service page.

3.3. The Company is entitled to engage third parties to ensure the technical operation of the Service (including the Google Gemini API for text generation).

4. Price and payment procedure

4.1. The cost of the Services is determined by the Plans in effect at the time of payment and published on the Service website.

4.2. Payment is made in US dollars (USD) by full prepayment through secure electronic payment systems.

4.3. The procedure for subscribing and for automatic (recurring) payments is governed by Section 5 of these Terms.

4.4. The discount on annual plans is fixed at the time of payment and applies for the billing period (12 months).

5. Subscription, recurring payments and refunds

5.1. Subscription — periodic paid access to the extended functionality of the Service on the terms of the selected Plan. The subscription period (month or year) and its cost are shown clearly and conspicuously on the Plans page before purchase and are fixed for the relevant billing period.

5.2. Trial period. A free trial period (USD 0 for the first day) may apply to the MULASTRO+ plan. Before you enroll, the Service discloses clearly and conspicuously that, at the end of the trial period, it will automatically begin charging the full published cost of the plan on a recurring basis, unless the User has cancelled the subscription before the charge date.

5.3. Recurring (automatic) payments. By subscribing, the User authorizes the Company and its payment processor to automatically charge the cost of the next billing period to the User’s payment method without additional confirmation of each charge. The User gives this affirmative consent explicitly — by ticking the dedicated checkbox on the payment page. The Company retains a record of the consents provided.

5.4. Charge date and procedure. The first charge is made at the time of subscription or of the trial period. Each subsequent charge is made automatically on the date the current paid period ends (hereinafter the “renewal date”), at approximately the same time of day. The amount charged is equal to the cost of the selected Plan in effect on the renewal date.

5.5. Reminder before charging. The Company notifies the User in advance of the upcoming automatic charge and its amount via available communication channels (email, push notifications) — no later than 24 hours before the renewal date. For any Plan with a billing period of six months or longer (including the annual plan), an advance renewal reminder is additionally sent between 15 and 45 days before the renewal date. For trial periods shorter than three days, the reminder is sent no later than a few hours before the charge. Promptly after the first charge, the Company sends a confirmation (receipt) restating the plan, amount, renewal date and how to cancel, which the User may retain.

5.6. Change of price. The Company is entitled to change the cost of the subscription. The new price applies only to future billing periods, has no retroactive effect, and takes effect only after prior clear-and-conspicuous notice to the User no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the change takes effect. A User who does not agree with the new price may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.

5.7. Cancellation of subscription. The User may cancel the subscription and turn off automatic charges at any time, using a method at least as simple as the one used to enroll: (a) directly in the Account in a single step, or (b) by emailing support@mulastro.world. Cancellation takes effect for future charges — once cancelled before the renewal date, no further charge is made, while access is retained until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not require any explanation of reasons, phone calls, or retention offers.

5.8. Refunds. Access within the paid period is provided continuously and is deemed a service rendered throughout that period. No refund is made for a subscription period that has already been charged (has already begun); the alternative to a refund is free cancellation of the subscription at any time — if cancelled before the next renewal date, no charge is made (USD 0). Payments for personal reports already generated and delivered are non-refundable, as they constitute digital content created to order and supplied in full at the moment of delivery. This clause does not limit any rights the User may have under applicable US federal or state law.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Company is not liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of information obtained in the Service.

6.2. The Company does not guarantee the factual accuracy of forecasts, as astrology and AI models are not exact sciences.

6.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Company is not liable for temporary technical failures of third-party APIs and communication providers.

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All Service materials, including design, texts and algorithms, are the intellectual property of the Company.

7.2. The User is granted the right to use the reports solely for personal non-commercial purposes.

8. Personal data

8.1. The User consents to the processing of personal data (email address, birth parameters) in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
