1. Data collection
We collect a limited set of data to operate the service:
- Email address: Used as your unique login for access to your personal account and for contacting support.
- Astrological data: Date, exact time and place of birth. This data is required solely for the mathematical calculation of the natal chart and the Destiny Matrix.
- Reading history: We store your readings in your personal account so that you can return to them at any time.
Important: we do not collect payment card data. All payments are processed through the secure pages of banking providers.
2. Use of data
Your data is used strictly for its intended purpose:
- Access: Authentication in your personal account.
- Generation: Transmission of anonymised astrological data via the Google Gemini API to produce text readings and personal recommendations.
- Storage: Safekeeping of the readings you have purchased.
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties and do not use it to send spam.
3. Protection and storage
Your digital security is our priority:
- Database: Data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL environment.
- Encryption: All connections are protected by the HTTPS protocol.
- Passwords: We use modern hashing algorithms. Your password is not stored in plain text and is not visible even to the service administrators.
4. Cookies
We use only technical session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers from third-party services.
5. Your rights and account deletion
You have the right to stop using the service and delete your data at any time:
- To delete your account and all reading history, write to us from your registered email address at support@mulastro.com.
- Once the request has been processed, all data associated with your email will be irreversibly deleted from our database within 30 days.
