1. Personal information we collect

We collect a limited set of personal information to operate the service:

• Identifiers (email address): Used as your unique login for access to your account and for contacting support.
• Sensitive personal information (birth data): Your date, exact time and place of birth. We treat this as sensitive personal information under U.S. state privacy laws, and we use it solely to perform the mathematical calculation of your natal chart and Destiny Matrix.
• Usage data and reading history: We store your readings in your account so you can return to them at any time, together with limited technical data (such as IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data) as described in our Cookie Policy.

Important: we do not collect or store your payment card numbers. All payments are handled on the secure pages of our payment processor, Creem, which processes the payment identifiers needed to complete your purchase.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information strictly for the purposes below:

• Access: Authentication and access to your account.
• Generation: We transmit your birth data to the Google Gemini API, without your name or email address, to produce text readings and personalized recommendations.
• Storage and billing: Safekeeping of the readings you have purchased and processing of your subscription payments and renewals through our payment processor, Creem.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your information to send you spam.

3. Data security and retention

Protecting your information is a priority:

• Storage: Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL environment.
• Encryption: All connections are protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Passwords and retention: Passwords are protected with modern hashing algorithms and are never stored in plain text or visible to our staff. We retain your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in, as well as analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand how the service is used. You can manage or opt out of analytics cookies at any time through your browser or as described in our Cookie Policy.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado and other states — such as the right to know about and access the personal information we hold, to correct or delete it, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights:

• To access, correct or delete your account and reading history, or to exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”), write to us from your registered email address at support@mulastro.world.
• Once we verify and process your request, all personal information associated with your email will be permanently deleted from our database within 30 days, except for records we are required to retain by law (such as transaction records). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the service is not directed to anyone under 18. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
