Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By using the MULASTRO website and service (the “Service”), creating an account and/or placing an order, you (the “User”) freely and voluntarily consent to the collection and processing of your personal information by — Adimpacta LLC (the “Company”) on the terms set out below, including your consent to the processing of your sensitive personal information (birth data) and to recurring subscription charges, in accordance with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws. This Consent is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

1. Categories of personal information

You consent to the collection and processing of the following categories of personal information:

• email address (an identifier);
• sensitive personal information used for astrological calculations: your date, time and place of birth;
• order history and generated reports;
• technical data: IP address, device and browser information (user-agent), cookie data, and the date and time of your activity within the Service;
• recurring-billing consent data (the fact, date, amount and frequency of charges) — when you start a subscription.

The Company does not collect or store your payment card numbers — payments are processed on the secure pages of our payment processor, Creem.

• providing access to and operating the Service;
• identifying and authenticating you in your account;
• performing mathematical calculations and generating your personal reports;
• processing payments and administering subscriptions and recurring charges;
• sending notifications, including advance notice of upcoming charges;
• communicating with you and providing customer support;

3. Processing operations and methods

3.1. The Company processes personal information through operations that may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating and correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to service providers, restriction, deletion and destruction.

3.2. Processing is carried out by automated means and, in some cases, by manual means.

4. Service providers and disclosures

4.1. The Company may engage trusted service providers acting on its behalf to operate the Service, only to the extent necessary to provide it: our payment processor Creem (to process payments), infrastructure providers, email and analytics services (such as Google Analytics 4), and text-generation APIs (the Google Gemini API). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations, and we do not sell your personal information.

5. Duration and withdrawal of consent

5.1. This Consent is effective from the moment it is given and remains in effect until the purposes of processing are fulfilled or until you withdraw it.

5.2. You may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a request to email support@mulastro.world. After withdrawal, the Company will stop processing your personal information and delete it, except for information we are required to retain by law (including records of completed payments and of the billing consents you provided).
