Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By using the MULASTRO website and service (hereinafter the “Service”), completing registration and/or placing an order, the User (the personal data subject) freely, of their own will and in their own interest, consents to the processing of their personal data by the operator — Tubelab LLC (hereinafter the “Operator”) on the terms set out below, in accordance with applicable personal data protection law (Federal Law of 27 July 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

1. Categories of personal data

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data:

• email address;
• data for astrological calculations: date, time and place of birth;
• history of orders and generated reports;
• technical data: IP address, device and browser information (user-agent), cookie data, and the date and time of actions within the Service;
• data on consent to automatic (recurring) charges (the fact, date, amount and frequency) — upon subscribing.

The Operator does not collect or store bank card data — payments are processed through the secure pages of banking providers.

2. Purposes of processing

• providing access to the Service and rendering services;
• identification and authentication of the User in the personal account;
• performing mathematical calculations and generating personal reports;
• processing payments, arranging subscriptions and automatic charges;
• sending notifications, including warnings of upcoming charges;
• communication with the User and support;
• compliance with the requirements of applicable law.

3. List of actions and methods of processing

3.1. The Operator processes personal data by performing the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

3.2. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer to third parties

4.1. The Operator is entitled to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties acting on the Operator’s instructions and ensuring the operation of the Service, to the extent necessary to render the services: payment providers (for processing payments), infrastructure providers, mailing and analytics services, and text generation APIs. Such transfers are carried out on terms of confidentiality.

5. Term and withdrawal of consent

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User.

5.2. The User is entitled to withdraw this consent by sending a request to email support@mulastro.com. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases the processing of personal data and destroys it, except for information whose retention is required by applicable law (including data on payments made and consents to charges provided).
